We are situated in a quiet rural location and offer four secure paddocks, allowing us to exercise our boarders three times a day.

Our team of experienced staff ensures your dog has a happy and relaxed stay with us, with lots of fuss and attention.

We accept dogs of all ages and breeds. Our only requirements are that they are fully vaccinated and people-friendly.

Feeding

We generally feed breakfast and tea, but if your dog requires additional smaller meals, we can accommodate this if you let us know when booking.

We stock a range of quality wet and dry foods, but if your dog has specific dietary requirements, we ask that you supply any specialist food.

If you simply prefer your dog to bring their own food, that is also not a problem.

Exercise

We exercise our boarders three times a day and have six secure paddocks of different sizes, two of which are fully AstroTurf to help reduce mud during the winter months.

We offer playdates for dogs that are sociable and happy to play in a group. These are organised according to size and energy levels and are supervised by a minimum of two staff members, with a maximum of five boarding dogs per staff member.

For dogs that do not mix well with others, we provide one-to-one playtime in a paddock with privacy screening to prevent unwanted interaction across fence lines.

We will ensure the exercise provided is appropriate for the age and health of your dog.

During inclement weather, we have coats on hand and will dry every dog off after their walk. However, having fun and playing in the paddocks may mean your dog gets muddy, especially depending on their breed and coat type.

Bedding

We provide all our boarders with a plastic bed, Vetbed and blankets to ensure they are warm and comfortable in the kennels.

If you prefer to bring your own bedding, we are happy for you to do so. Please be aware, however, that we have a large amount of bedding, and if yours becomes wet or dirty, it will be swapped out and may get lost in the washing. Your dog may also destroy it, even if they do not do this at home.

We cannot guarantee that any bedding brought from home will be returned.

Vaccinations

All dogs boarding with us must have up-to-date vaccinations, and you will need to present your dog’s vaccination card as proof. Please see our vaccinations page for more details about the vaccinations your dog must have.

We cannot board your dog if they are not fully vaccinated.

Heated Kennels

Our kennel blocks are centrally heated to keep all our guests warm and snug during the colder months.

Quality care and attention

The happiness and welfare of your pet are our priority. All of our staff own dogs themselves, and we look after our boarders to the same high standards that we have for our own pets.

We understand that most dogs are very sociable, and we make sure we spend time with each of our boarders every day, giving them plenty of fuss, treats (where permitted) and cuddles.

Medication

We are happy to administer any medication your pet may require for non-contagious or non-infectious conditions (including tablets, ear drops and eye drops) during their stay. Please be aware that the earliest we can administer medication is 7:30am and the latest is 7:30pm.

Please ensure that clear instructions are provided with any medication.

Please provide enough medication for your pet’s stay, plus a little extra in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as delays to your return.

We cannot accept diabetic dogs.

All medication should be supplied in its original packaging.

Rates

Rates are charged per pet, per day, including both the day of drop-off and the day of collection. Prices include food, three exercise sessions per day and unlimited fuss. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
